Booking and Payment

Booking Services

When you book a service through our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate service location and access information
  • Be available or provide access arrangements for scheduled services
  • Ensure the service location is safe and accessible

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion
  • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI and digital wallets
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel a booking up to 1.5 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund
  • Cancellations within 1.5 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee
  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns, weather conditions or other factors

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Service Quality and Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with a service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
  • We may offer a re-service, refund or credit based on the circumstances
  • Our satisfaction is subject to reasonable conditions and limitations

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Harass, abuse or harm our cleaning professionals
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
  • Copy, modify or distribute our content without authorization

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotles Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spotles Solutions, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
